I've been gathering lots of info on the use of Twitter in education....there is so much information out there..Twitter itself is a great resource. Some great stuff being done by many people - the problem is actually information overload!
On Wednesday 15 December we had our initial project team meeting - Gavin Wake, Angela Di Sciascio, Andrew Palmer and Sue Mandley met to begin the discussion and establish some inital timelines.
Gavin and Sue will working with the group of students from Further Education.
Actions:
Sue to forward Gavin all info on activities that could be a possibility to try out in his class.
Gavin to establish a twitter account and find susiemandley to follow...
So we have made a start - had a great chat about the possibilities and how we may use twitter...now to have a break over the Xmas season and come back ready to tweet to our heart's content!
